I am nesting. Big time. I went through all my baby clothes and maternity clothes I had in the basement. These are the boxes of stuff I'm getting rid of. 2 large boxes, 3 smaller ones, one rubbermaid tote, and there's still a pile of clothes on the couch. Phew! I was exhausted after all this was done. It took me 4 hours to organize everything.

Polka Dot Dress

Heh, the only picture I got for this day. I listed this maternity dress, along with some other maternity clothes, on a local classified site. Hoping to make a little extra cash here and there. I love this dress, it is soooo cute and fun to wear!

Ummm, please have a seat?? This boy will NOT sit down to eat his dinner. He always tried to climb out of his highchair, and he hates sitting in a booster chair, so this is how he eats his meals.

Cassidy had slept over at a friend's house a few nights ago. They slept out on their deck and her face was attacked by mosquitoes. You can still see the bites that are healing.

New Paint

We painted Cassidy's new room today. It used to be the boys' room, but we moved them downstairs about a month ago. We found this way cute comforter at JCPenney, after looking everywhere for something that she liked. She really wanted to decorate in turquoise and silver, so when we saw this, it was perfect! I splurged and got the decorative pillows too. Tom is refinishing her old desk that matched her nightstands, but the dresser will have to stay in her old room (Janessa's room now) because there is just not enough space with her huge double bed. I still have to paint the accent wall with the window. I'm doing it a darker shade of the same turquoise, and putting a sparkley glaze over the top of it. We're also going to put on a sheer canopy over the bed. It will all look so pretty!

Andrew loves to go out and swing. If he can't get someone to help him, he'll just lay on the swing like this and swing by himself. He also loves going down the slide. I can't believe he'll be 2 soon, he's such a big boy!

My Garden in the Rain

This year I planted tomatoes, peppers, squash, mini pumpkins, cucumbers, and zucchini. So far we've enjoyed lots of zukes, a few cukes, lots of green peppers, and a handful of cherry tomatoes. I can't wait for all the green tomatoes to turn red. I love garden fresh tomatoes!
